Students who are not able to participate in PE because they are injured or don't feel will need to provide a handwritten signed parent/guardian note to the health clerk in the office (katherine_romero_adame@myfsd.org).  This note is good for up to three days (including weekends). 

Students who forget to bring PE clothes to school will be provided loaners only on Mondays (Tuesday if Monday is a holiday); on other days, students will have to participate in their regular school clothes.  Loaners are located at the PE teacher's office. Loaners need to be returned to the PE teacher at the end of the period.

It is 1-point off participation every time a student needs loaners for PE. Three or more non-suits result in a "N" in citizenship and may drop to a "U" in citizenship.
